Successful Weight Loss Plan

First and foremost you have to have patience, perseverance and of course, a positive and overall open attitude.  A few key points to cover in order to achieve a successful weight loss plan are as follows:

– Eat three meals, (most important is having breakfast) and one to two snacks daily;
– Stop eating at least two to three hours before you go to bed;
– Boost your diet with daily supplements;
– Understand your physical nature and emotional reasons for your hunger;
– Stay hydrated; and
– Eat reasonable portions!
